- 06ASA has negotiated reduced room rates at two hotels near the conference venue (National Housing Center, 1201 15th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005). Please visit the hotel page on the conference website for more information.
- 07Conference registrants are responsible for booking their conference travel and making their own hotel arrangements.
- 08You may request a visa letter of invitation by contacting Bonny Rogers. Please be sure to also visit the US Department of State for more details on Visa requirements.
- 09If you require special accommodations, please contact ASA at +1 800-272-8258 or +1 703-478-2228 at the time of registration. Please note that accommodations cannot be guaranteed without advance notice. ADA accommodations will be made in accordance with U.S. law.
- 10All events will take place at the National Housing Center, 1201 15th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005.
- 11Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference events. We recommend you dress in layers when inside the venue as meeting rooms tend to be cold.
- 12We highly encourage pre-registration for the conference, but you may register on-site.
- 13Attendees may check in and pick up their credentials at the V20 Summit and Conference Registration Desk.
- 14Guest registration is not available for the conference.
- 15Conference materials will be provided electronically and will be available for download approximately 5-7 days prior to the conference. Materials may be accessed via an attendee only link to the ASA International Conference website and/or the conference mobile app. E-mail notification and instructions will be provided when materials are available.
- 16ASA and its affiliates reserve the right to use any photograph, video and/or recording taken at any event sponsored, conducted or hosted by ASA without the express written permission of those attendees included within the photograph. video and/or recording. ASA may use the photograph, video and/or recording in whole or in part, alone or in compilations, in all languages and in all formats and media (including print, broadcast, electronic, digital, online, and other media to be conceived or developed) and by any method, device, or process, and through any channels, now known or later conceived or developed, and for any business purpose of ASA without restriction, including for education, illustration, promotion, art, editorial, commercial, advertising and trade purposes. By registering for and/or attending an ASA event held in-person, hybrid or virtually, you consent to being photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded regardless of your current membership status in ASA. If you do not wish to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded or have your name, voice, image and/or likeness used by ASA, you should not register for, attend or participate in the ASA event. By registering for and/or attending an ASA event, you (1) are agreeing to release, hold harmless and indemnify ASA from any and all claims involving the use of your name, voice, image and/or likeness; and (2) acknowledge that you are not receiving any compensation for the use of your name, voice, image and/or likeness and agree to release all claims against ASA for compensation related to such use.
