  1. International payments will be charged according to the exchange rate of the day.

  2. Early Bird Africa will be for the first 50 delegates.

  3. Early Bird International will be for the first 10 delegates.

  4. Early Bird Group bookings will be for the first 30 delegates.

 

Thereafter standard fees will apply.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and only online registrations are accepted. After registering, you will receive an email confirming your registration.

  • There will be no refunds for cancellations.

  • Conference Registration Fees do not include accommodation.

  • SAIV and AaRVF reserves the right to publish or utilise any related photos obtained by the official photographer(s) during the event for any other purpose considered fit.

  • SAIV has the right to cancel the event or make changes to the programme, venue, platform, and speakers.
