  • There will be no refunds for cancellations.

  • Conference Registration Fees do not include accommodation.

  • IBAPE Brazilian Institute of Engineering Assessments and Expertise and AaRVF reserves the right to publish or utilise any related photos obtained by the official photographer(s) during the event for any other purpose considered fit.
